Water Temperature: 80~85°C (temperature after boiling water has cooled)

Tea Amount: 4g Longjing Tea (Tea to water ratio 1:50)

Top-Add Method

  1. Prepare 4 grams of Longjing tea.
  2. Pour boiling water at about 85°C into the glass cup until it's 7-8 full.
  3. Gently add Longjing tea into the glass cup, releasing a faint and delicate fragrance.
  4. Wait quietly for about 1-2 minutes, allowing the Longjing tea to slowly unfold and float up and down in the cup. During the waiting period, enjoy watching the tea leaves gently unfold as if dancing.
  5. Wait until the tea leaves float up and down, then enjoy the tea after the Longjing leaves have infused the water.

Middle-Add Method

  1. Preheat the vessel with boiling water and then discard the water. The heated glass cup better stimulates the tea's aroma.
  2. Refill the glass cup to 1/3 with water.
  3. Gently add the Longjing tea into the cup.
  4. Gently swirl and shake to better integrate the tea leaves with the water, then let it sit for 20-30 seconds.
  5. Pour water (aiming at a high point along the edge) until the cup is 7-8 full, causing the tea leaves to tumble.
  6. Wait quietly for about 1-2 minutes, during which you can enjoy the sight of Longjing tea leaves slowly unfolding as if dancing.
  7. Wait for the tea leaves to float up and down, then taste the tea after the Longjing leaves have infused the water.

Bottom-Add Method

  1. Preheat the vessel with boiling water and then discard the water. The heated glass cup better stimulates the tea's aroma.
  2. Gently add the Longjing tea into the cup, releasing a faint and delicate fragrance.

  4. Gently swirl and shake to integrate the tea leaves with the water better, then let it sit for 20-30 seconds.
